PeopleSoft Time & Labor Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the functional expert for a complex PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 environment, the remote PeopleSoft Time & Labor Analyst will manage configuration, troubleshooting, and support for Time & Labor functionality while leading operational initiatives and providing recommendations to leadership on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the PeopleSoft Time & Labor module
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot Time & Labor functionality, integrations, and batch processes
• Lead implementation and support of Fluid Timesheets, including security, testing, and user support

Required qualifications:

• Extensive experience supporting the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Time & Labor module
• Strong knowledge of Fluid Timesheets, PUM updates, and Elasticsearch
• Experience with Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, and SQR
• Strong understanding of fiscal year-end processing and Time & Labor-related business operations
• Texas public sector and large-scale ERP experience preferred
