• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a high-quality patient experience
• Ensure adherence to processes for efficient and timely delivery of care
• Manage patient/provider messaging and coordinate treatment and community resources

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• One year of experience in a medical practice with knowledge of medical terminology
• Willingness to work regular weekends and at least three holidays a year
• Self-motivated with a service-oriented mindset
• Skilled in using online tools and technology for communication
• Reliable attendance and adherence to the assigned work schedule
