Per Diem Client Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Per Diem Client Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle routine client requests via phone and email, including enrollment, eligibility, and claims review
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper issue resolution and follow-up
• Utilize various internal systems to manage client requests and assist with special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of experience supporting clients, primarily via email with some phone interaction
• Working knowledge of Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and/or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
