Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Account Manager to drive measurable results across podcast campaigns for direct response advertisers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage performance-driven podcast campaigns from planning through reporting
  • Own delivery against KPIs (CPA, conversions, site visits) while balancing scale and efficiency
  • Lead client reporting, including pacing updates, optimizations, and post-campaign recaps
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of experience in media, advertising, digital sales, or account management
  • Experience in media planning and campaign strategy with a focus on performance-driven media plans
  • Strong understanding of direct response marketing and KPI-driven campaigns
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
