Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Account Manager to drive measurable results across podcast campaigns for direct response advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage performance-driven podcast campaigns from planning through reporting
- Own delivery against KPIs (CPA, conversions, site visits) while balancing scale and efficiency
- Lead client reporting, including pacing updates, optimizations, and post-campaign recaps
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in media, advertising, digital sales, or account management
- Experience in media planning and campaign strategy with a focus on performance-driven media plans
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing and KPI-driven campaigns
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM tools
