Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Management Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, report, and develop recommendations on complex business metrics
- Translate business initiatives into actionable data monitoring
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support performance improvement efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years' experience in Medical Economics &/or Provider Economics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access, SQL, or other dataset management software
- Strong interest in working with large, complex datasets to address business questions
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
