Performance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Analyst who is passionate about uncovering insights and driving improvements in customers' financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and investigate discrepancies between realized revenue/expense and expectations
• Issue corrective revenue adjustments as necessary and present billing errors to Billing Analysts
• Define and delegate issue-correcting tasks to other departments while improving inefficient processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analysis
• Strong in-depth Excel experience; SQL experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize conflicting assignments
• Comfort with ambiguity and strong decision-making skills
