Performance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Analyst who has a strong background in healthcare analytics and financial data modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical business insights and performance metrics through complex data analysis
• Translate complex business needs into actionable data modeling exercises
• Act as a liaison between Analytics and operational departments to support initiatives with provider partners and payers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years experience in Medical Economics or Provider Economics
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office; Access and/or SQL preferred
• Strong interest in working with large, complex data sets and learning healthcare industry concepts
• Desire to join and grow with a high-performing analytics team
