Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Analyst responsible for audit functions related to FEP Plan performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audits FEP claims, customer service inquiries, and enrollment activities per Plan Incentive Program guidelines
  • Completes Performance Guarantee audits and supports IA and SIU as needed
  • Utilizes internal tools to document audit findings and ensure corrective actions are taken
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Claims, Membership, or Customer Service
  • Knowledge of FEP and audit/analytical experience required
  • Understanding of healthcare industry and claims processing
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
