Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Analyst responsible for audit functions related to FEP Plan performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Audits FEP claims, customer service inquiries, and enrollment activities per Plan Incentive Program guidelines
- Completes Performance Guarantee audits and supports IA and SIU as needed
- Utilizes internal tools to document audit findings and ensure corrective actions are taken
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Claims, Membership, or Customer Service
- Knowledge of FEP and audit/analytical experience required
- Understanding of healthcare industry and claims processing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
