Key Responsibilities

• Create regular and ad hoc reports for occupancy planning and operations
• Validate data accuracy and improve data quality across operational systems
• Develop technical solutions for reporting automation and streamline processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or a similar analytical role
• Experience with CMMS/work order applications and performance management
• Demonstrated experience working across multiple application systems
• Prior experience in facilities or property management preferred
