Performance Analytics Leader

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Performance Analytics Leader will translate complex financial, clinical, and operational data into actionable insights, design enterprise-grade dashboards, and partner with various teams to support decision-making for B2B lines of business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement standardized dashboards and scorecards for Commercial B2B lines of businesses
• Build MVP reports using Tableau, Excel, and Power BI to extract insights and monitor project outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate reporting logic and develop a cadence of reporting and performance reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, business, finance, or a related field
• 10 - 12+ years of relevant professional work experience, preferably in a health care environment
• Proven track record of building/scaling reporting capabilities within payer organizations
• Ability to program using SQL and general SQL Database knowledge
• Advanced expertise with MS Office (Excel, Access) for data manipulation and analyses
