Performance Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate commercial performance data into actionable insights and execution strategies
• Develop forecasting and reporting tools, and analyze performance to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure analytics-led execution and inform decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar analytical role, preferably in the same industry
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI development and performance management
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R)
• Experience with industry-relevant data sources (e.g., VIP, NABCA, Nielsen, Circana, IWSR, Compass)
