Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Performance Creative for their Casino and Sportsbook teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end creative delivery for Casino and Sportsbook campaigns, managing workflows from briefing to launch
• Assist in drafting creative briefs and coordinating with agencies for asset development and execution
• Maintain alignment across stakeholders and ensure campaign assets meet brand and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, creative production, or campaign execution
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, or product teams
• Familiarity with creative development workflows and campaign execution processes
• Experience with creative production tools and project management systems
• Familiarity with paid media creative formats across platforms is a plus
