Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Creative Designer for DTC paid ads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing high-converting collaterals and assets for DTC supplements
  • Creating scroll-stopping ads, editing UGC/videos, and redesigning landing pages
  • Collaborating with external creative teams, supporting new product design, and promo campaigns

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in creative DTC ads, A/B testing, CRO, UI/UX in the ecommerce space
  • Strong visual storytelling ability and portfolio demonstrating design & video editing skills
  • Ability to distill new concepts into applicable frameworks and roll them out to new designers quickly
  • Independent problem solver who is resourceful and obsessed with psychology, design, video, content, and advertising
  • Interest in applying skill sets in the right opportunity and long-term commitment to growth and scaling with the company
