Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution of performance-driven creative for a portfolio of clients, the full-time remote Performance Creative Manager will develop high-performing creative assets while collaborating with design and media teams to drive measurable growth across digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Developing and executing performance-driven creative strategies aligned with client KPIs and channel objectives
- Translating performance data into actionable creative direction, including testing roadmaps and iteration plans
- Collaborating with media teams to optimize performance and scaling opportunities while managing timelines and deliverables
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in performance creative or paid social, preferably in an agency setting
- 2+ years of experience managing client relationships and delivering performance-oriented creative
- Strong understanding of creative and media integration, with experience in testing and optimization strategies
- Familiarity with paid media platforms, particularly Meta Ads Manager, along with knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, and Amazon
- Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
