Job Summary
Driving the creative operation from concept to execution, the full-time remote Performance Creative Specialist will develop high-performing paid social ad creative by collaborating with Creative Strategists and leveraging performance data to inform creative strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop paid social ad concepts, hooks, angles, and scripts alongside the Creative Strategy team
- Analyze creative performance data to identify winning patterns and improve future concepts
- Partner closely with editors, creators, and the production team to bring ad concepts to life
Required qualifications
- Analytical ability to identify signals from large datasets and performance trends
- Strong copywriting and ad scripting skills
- Deep knowledge of cultural and creative trends
- Experience managing creative production workflows and timelines
- A sharp eye for effective ad creative
