Job Summary
To support a growing e-commerce brand, the full-time remote Performance Creative Strategist will develop customer personas, analyze ad performance data, and create high-converting visual concepts that resonate with consumer psychology.
Key responsibilities
- Own the development of paid media customer personas aligned with consumer behavior
- Research market trends to create innovative creative angles and formats
- Translate data findings into actionable creative briefs for the execution team
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist, Performance Marketer, or Direct-Response Copywriter in DTC/e-commerce
- Proven track record of writing high-converting ad copy and video scripts
- Exceptional project management skills to lead a creative pipeline
- Genuine interest in cooking, meal-prepping, or kitchen organization
- Familiarity with creative ideation and management tools, including AI for workflow optimization
