Performance Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing digital experience in women's health, the part-time Contract Performance Designer will design and optimize paid social assets while collaborating with performance and creative strategy teams remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Design static paid social assets across platforms like Meta and Instagram
• Build and test creative with a focus on key performance metrics such as CTR and CVR
• Collaborate with teams to transform insights into effective creative strategies

Required qualifications:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating elevated design taste and direct-to-consumer results
• Fluency in DTC creative strategy and e-commerce
• Experience in women's lifestyle or wellness content is a strong plus
• Availability for 20 hours per week
• Bonus: experience in video and motion design
