Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance & Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the annual retrospective cycle for all staff and identify organizational development priorities
• Design and manage a coaching/mentoring program with a focus on engagement and skill development outcomes
• Partner with group leaders to maintain and refine competency frameworks to guide career progression

Required Qualifications

• Experience in competency framework design and program development
• Ability to conduct needs assessments and organizational analysis
• Proficiency in program evaluation and measurement
• Experience in facilitation and coaching in remote environments
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations
