Job Summary

Partnering with business leaders, the full-time remote Performance Development Specialist will drive performance and talent development programs, managing initiatives such as Performance Reviews, Talent Calibration, and Individual Development Plans while continuously improving talent processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and execute the Performance Review cycle from planning to completion
  • Manage Talent Calibration, Individual Development Plans, Performance Improvement Plans, Succession Planning, and Promotion processes
  • Track talent metrics and deliver dashboards and reports with actionable insights
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HRBP roles
  • Experience managing Performance Reviews, Talent Calibration, IDPs, PIPs, Succession Planning, and Career Development programs
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Google Sheets/Excel and dashboard reporting experience
  • Advanced English, both written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and reporting
