Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner
Analyze system behavior under load and identify optimization opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address performance bottlenecks and ensure system scalability

Required Qualifications

Expertise in LoadRunner and VuGen scripting
Knowledge of performance testing methodologies
Experience with system architecture and monitoring tools
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
Knowledge of the Pega platform is a plus
