Performance Engineer
Job Summary
To support the success of Evos operators, the full-time Performance Engineer will monitor and optimize the performance and uptime of live customer systems, ensuring they deliver the expected outcomes while working remotely or onsite in New York.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure Evos operators are effectively running their functions and achieving customer outcomes
- Monitor the health and uptime of live customer operator systems and implement performance optimizations
- Manage customer integrations and build additional connections as needed to support operational growth
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping and maintaining TypeScript in production environments
- Proven ownership of production observability, including error tracking and debugging
- Experience deploying and operating serverless or managed-runtime systems in production
- Strong commercial understanding to translate customer needs into system changes
- Experience in forward-deployed engineering or customer-success engineering roles
