Performance Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing technology practice, the full-time Performance Engineer will monitor and optimize the performance of live customer operator systems while ensuring their successful operation and integration within client businesses, with remote work considered for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure Evos operators are successfully running their functions and delivering expected outcomes
- Monitor the health and uptime of live customer operator systems, addressing any performance issues
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to optimize operator performance and integration health
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping and maintaining TypeScript in production environments
- Proven ownership of production observability, including error tracking and debugging
- Experience deploying and operating serverless or managed-runtime systems in production
- Strong commercial understanding to translate customer needs into system changes
- Familiarity with AI systems and tools, demonstrating the ability to maintain reliability in production
