Performance Engineer
Job Summary
To support the deployment and optimization of operational systems, the full-time Performance Engineer will monitor and enhance the performance and uptime of customer operators, ensuring they deliver expected outcomes while working remotely or from the New York office.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure operator success by verifying that Evos operators are effectively running their functions and achieving customer outcomes
- Monitor the health and uptime of live customer operator systems, addressing any performance issues that arise
- Implement performance optimizations and manage integration health, expanding capabilities as customer needs evolve
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping and maintaining TypeScript in production environments
- Proven ownership of production observability, including error tracking and debugging
- Experience deploying and operating serverless or managed-runtime systems in production
- Commercial understanding to translate customer use cases into system changes
- Familiarity with AI tools and techniques for maintaining reliable AI systems in production
