Focused on ensuring optimal performance and uptime, the full-time Performance Engineer will monitor live customer operator systems, implement improvements, and maintain integration health, while working remotely or from the New York office.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure Evos operators are effectively running their functions and delivering expected outcomes
- Monitor the health and uptime of live customer operator systems, addressing any performance issues
- Identify and implement performance optimizations and manage integration health for customer systems
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping and maintaining TypeScript in production environments
- Proven ownership of production observability, including error tracking and debugging
- Experience deploying and operating serverless or managed-runtime systems in production
- Commercial understanding to translate customer needs into system changes
- Familiarity with AI tools and techniques for maintaining reliable systems in production
