Performance Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Performance Engineer will ensure the success and optimization of Evos operators in live customer environments, monitoring performance and uptime while implementing customer feedback remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure Evos operators are effectively running their functions and delivering expected outcomes
- Monitor the health and uptime of live customer operator systems and implement performance optimizations
- Manage customer integrations and build additional connections as needs evolve
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping and maintaining TypeScript in production environments
- Proven ownership of production observability including error tracking and debugging
- Experience deploying and operating serverless or managed-runtime systems
- Commercial understanding to translate customer use cases into system changes
- Familiarity with AI systems and modern LLM tools for operational reliability
