Job Summary
Driving operator success and performance optimization, the full-time Performance Engineer will monitor and enhance the health of live customer systems while ensuring integrations remain effective, all within a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure Evos operators are effectively running their functions and delivering expected outcomes
- Monitor the health and uptime of live customer operator systems
- Identify and implement performance improvements for operators and integrations
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping and maintaining TypeScript in production environments
- Proven ownership of production observability, including error tracking and debugging
- Experience deploying and operating serverless or managed-runtime systems in production
- Commercial understanding to translate customer needs into system changes
- Familiarity with AI tools and maintaining AI systems in production
