Performance Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Performance Engineer will monitor and optimize the performance of live customer operator systems, ensuring successful integration and operational efficiency while working remotely or from the New York office.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure Evos operators are successfully running their functions and delivering expected outcomes
- Monitor the health and uptime of live customer operator systems and implement performance optimizations
- Manage integration health and build additional integrations as customer needs evolve
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping and maintaining TypeScript in production environments
- Proven ownership of production observability, including error tracking and debugging
- Experience deploying and operating serverless or managed-runtime systems in production
- Commercial understanding to translate customer needs into system changes
- High agency and proactive problem-solving skills, with familiarity in using AI tools for reliability in production
