Performance Engineer
Job Summary
To support operational excellence, the full-time Performance Engineer will monitor and optimize the performance and uptime of live customer operator systems, ensuring they deliver the expected outcomes while working remotely or from the New York office.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure Evos operators are successfully running their functions and delivering customer outcomes
- Monitor the health and uptime of live customer operator systems and implement performance optimizations
- Maintain integration health and build additional integrations as customer needs evolve
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping and maintaining TypeScript in production environments
- Proven ownership of production observability, including error tracking and debugging
- Experience deploying and operating serverless or managed-runtime systems in production
- Commercial understanding to translate customer feedback into system changes
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern LLMs for enhancing operational reliability
