Performance Engineer
Job Summary
To support the execution layer of complex businesses, the full-time Performance Engineer will monitor and optimize the performance and uptime of live customer operator systems while ensuring successful integrations and customer feedback implementation, with the flexibility of remote work for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure Evos operators are effectively running their functions and delivering expected outcomes
- Monitor the health and uptime of live customer operator systems and implement performance optimizations
- Maintain integration health and build additional integrations as customer needs evolve
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping and maintaining TypeScript in production environments
- Proven ownership of production observability, including error tracking and debugging
- Experience deploying and operating serverless or managed-runtime systems in production
- Commercial understanding to translate customer use cases into system changes
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern LLM for maintaining reliable production systems
