Job Summary
Focused on ensuring the success of Evos operators, the full-time Performance Engineer will monitor and optimize performance, uptime, and integration health for customer systems, with the flexibility to work remotely for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure Evos operators are effectively running their functions and delivering expected outcomes
- Monitor the health and uptime of live customer operator systems, addressing any operational issues
- Implement performance optimizations and manage customer integration needs as they evolve
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping and maintaining TypeScript in production environments
- Proven ownership of production observability, including error tracking and debugging
- Experience deploying and operating serverless or managed-runtime systems in production
- Ability to translate customer use cases into system changes without waiting for specifications
- Familiarity with AI systems and tools, ensuring reliability in production settings
