Job Summary
Driving operator success and performance optimization, the full-time Performance Engineer will monitor live customer systems, ensure uptime, and implement enhancements while working remotely or from the New York office.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure Evos operators are successfully running and delivering expected outcomes for customers
- Monitor the health and uptime of live customer operator systems and optimize performance continuously
- Manage customer integrations and build additional connections as their needs evolve
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping and maintaining TypeScript in production environments
- Proven ownership of production observability, including error tracking and debugging
- Experience deploying and operating serverless or managed-runtime systems in production
- Strong commercial understanding to translate customer needs into system changes
- Familiarity with AI tools and systems to maintain reliability in production
