Performance Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Performance Engineer will monitor and optimize the performance and uptime of live customer operator systems while ensuring operator success and integration health, with a remote work option available for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure Evos operators are effectively running their functions and delivering expected outcomes
- Monitor the health and uptime of live customer operator systems and implement performance optimizations
- Maintain integration health and build additional integrations as customer needs evolve
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping and maintaining TypeScript in production environments
- Proven ownership of production observability, including error tracking and debugging
- Experience deploying and operating serverless or managed-runtime systems in production
- Commercial understanding to translate customer use cases into system changes
- Familiarity with AI tools and maintaining reliable AI systems in production
