Performance Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Performance Engineer will monitor and optimize live customer operator systems, ensuring they deliver desired outcomes while working remotely or from the New York office.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure operator success by verifying that Evos operators are effectively running their functions and achieving customer outcomes
- Monitor the health and uptime of live customer operator systems, addressing any issues that arise
- Continuously identify and implement performance optimizations to enhance operator efficiency and responsiveness
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping and maintaining TypeScript in production environments
- Proven ownership of production observability, including error tracking and debugging
- Experience deploying and operating serverless or managed-runtime systems in production
- Ability to translate customer use cases into actionable system changes
- Familiarity with AI tools and techniques for maintaining reliable production systems
