Focused on operator success, the full-time Performance Engineer will monitor and optimize the performance and uptime of live customer operator systems while working remotely or from the New York office.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure Evos operators are effectively running their functions and delivering expected outcomes
- Monitor the health and uptime of live customer operator systems, addressing any issues promptly
- Implement performance optimizations and manage customer integrations to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping and maintaining TypeScript in production environments
- Proven ownership of production observability, including error tracking and debugging
- Experience deploying and operating serverless or managed-runtime systems in production
- Commercial understanding to translate customer needs into system changes without waiting for specifications
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern LLMs for maintaining reliable systems in production
