Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance testing initiatives and provide guidance
• Design and execute comprehensive performance test plans while analyzing results for optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvements and maintain testing scripts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems engineering and programming, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
• Good understanding of performance testing concepts and tools
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Java or Python
• In-depth understanding of system architecture, databases, and network protocols
• Experience with performance monitoring and tuning
