Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance engineering processes for assigned projects, including requirements gathering and test execution
• Serve as the technical lead on performance projects, mentoring junior engineers
• Develop and maintain performance-related documentation and conduct load, stress, and endurance testing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on performance engineering experience
• Expertise in LoadRunner scripting and performance analysis
• Strong experience with Dynatrace and Splunk for performance monitoring
• Solid understanding of software architecture and system components
• Experience creating and maintaining performance testing documentation
