Performance Engineer - Michigan

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Engineer & Optimization Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to define performance testing objectives and establish key performance metrics
• Develop and parameterize LoadRunner scripts and design SQL Server-specific performance scenarios
• Execute performance tests, analyze results, and recommend performance improvements across .NET and SQL Server

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Oracle LoadRunner scripting and analysis
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server performance tuning and optimization
• Experience with .NET / .NET Core application performance engineering
• Familiarity with Azure infrastructure monitoring and tuning
• Proficient in performance diagnostics and monitoring tools
