Performance Engineering Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Engineering Architect Lead (LoadRunner & JMeter).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of performance testing strategies
• Design and execute performance tests using LoadRunner and JMeter while monitoring system performance metrics
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to integrate performance testing into the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in performance engineering, with at least 7 years specializing in LoadRunner and JMeter
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and NeoLoad
• Strong understanding of system architectures, operating systems, databases, and middleware components
• Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Splunk
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
