Performance Event Operations Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Events Operations Representative-Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process event applications and results for various performance event types, maintaining organization and addressing issues proactively
• Provide customer support via phone and online, assisting clubs and participants with inquiries related to event results and navigation of the online system
• Analyze and validate incoming data, ensuring compliance with AKC regulations and managing documentation related to event results

Required Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and management, particularly in relation to event results
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment with minimal supervision
• Experience in handling financial data and processing payments
• Knowledge of AKC regulations and procedures is preferred
