Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Improvement Evaluator II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in program evaluation, study designs, and methodological techniques to improve health outcomes
  • Support the development and monitoring of Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs) and action plans based on performance metrics
  • Conduct assessments and analyses using qualitative and quantitative methodologies to identify improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Master of public health or related field degree is required
  • Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in program evaluation is required
  • Experience using the model for improvement (PDSA-Plan, Do, Study, Act) is required
  • Previous healthcare or managed care experience is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, and advanced proficiency in Excel is required
