Job Summary

Performance Improvement Manager, responsible for leading workforce benchmarking and productivity initiatives in a full-time remote role, focusing on standardizing labor management and enhancing operational knowledge across facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement productivity strategies in collaboration with financial leadership to achieve measurable financial improvements
  • Lead process improvement projects and initiatives to enhance productivity within the division
  • Provide analytical support for benchmarking and productivity monitoring, including training and education on relevant systems and reports
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, and data communication to leaders
  • Experience with labor productivity and performance improvement in healthcare or a related industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Intermediate skills in productivity systems and technical finance
