Performance Insights Manager
Job Summary
Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Manager of Performance Insights will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analyses and insights that support sales performance and growth within the Middle Market Acquisition organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead special projects and daily operations to ensure alignment between business growth and colleague experience
- Define success metrics and ensure key performance indicators are reportable for real-time business impact
- Champion data-driven decision-making and provide insightful analyses to support leadership at all levels
Required qualifications
- Active knowledge of SQL/Hive, Excel, Tableau, Python, and PowerPoint
- 3-5+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work with unstructured data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support strategic initiatives
