Job Summary
Leading strategic analyses and insights for the Middle Market Acquisition organization, the full-time Performance Insights Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue growth initiatives and manage key performance metrics in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver insightful analyses to support decision-making and highlight trends across the organization
- Partner with collaborators to define and launch strategic growth initiatives while providing proactive updates
- Manage a team to foster a culture of hypothesis-based thinking and rapid experimentation
Required qualifications
- Active knowledge of SQL/Hive, Excel, Tableau, Python, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work with unstructured data and derive actionable insights
- 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support strategic initiatives
