Performance Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Integrity Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit claims for accuracy according to established policies and guidelines
• Participate in team efforts to develop or update department standards and provide performance feedback
• Compile performance statistics, identify trends, and generate reports

Required Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Claim processor or equivalent education and job-related experience
• Ability to understand and apply mathematical concepts
• Proficient PC skills and familiarity with corporate software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of claims coding and applicable systems (e.g., Facets, eVIPS, Radar)
• Audit experience is desirable
