Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will oversee the email lifecycle across multiple educational products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and implementation of lifecycle communications across Reading.com, Typing.com, and Nitro Type
- Map user journeys, identify high-impact moments, and design and deploy email campaigns
- Analyze data to improve campaign performance and extend strategies to additional channels like push notifications
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on lifecycle or CRM marketing experience
- Expertise with AI tools for copywriting, email design, and data analysis
- Proven track record in designing and optimizing email programs that influence user behavior metrics
- Strong working knowledge of at least one ESP/marketing automation platform
- Experience mapping user journeys and identifying lifecycle touchpoints across multiple products
