Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will oversee the email lifecycle across multiple educational products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy and implementation of lifecycle communications across Reading.com, Typing.com, and Nitro Type
  • Map user journeys, identify high-impact moments, and design and deploy email campaigns
  • Analyze data to improve campaign performance and extend strategies to additional channels like push notifications
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of hands-on lifecycle or CRM marketing experience
  • Expertise with AI tools for copywriting, email design, and data analysis
  • Proven track record in designing and optimizing email programs that influence user behavior metrics
  • Strong working knowledge of at least one ESP/marketing automation platform
  • Experience mapping user journeys and identifying lifecycle touchpoints across multiple products
