Performance Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Management Analyst to provide critical business insights and support operational efficiency through data analysis in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide stakeholders with business insights and performance metrics through complex data analysis
• Translate business needs into actionable data modeling and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Support operational infrastructure with timely reporting and participate in business process improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in Medical Economics or Provider Economics within a health plan or medical group
• Strong interest in working with large and complex data sets for financial and operational analysis
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office; Access and/or SQL preferred
• Desire to learn healthcare industry concepts and grow within a high-performing analytics team
