Performance Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Management Analyst who has a strong background in healthcare analytics and financial data modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical business insights and performance metrics through complex data analysis
• Translate complex business needs into actionable data modeling exercises
• Act as a liaison between Analytics and operational departments, supporting initiatives with provider partners and payers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in Medical Economics or Provider Economics within a health plan or medical group
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office; Access and/or SQL strongly preferred
• Strong interest in working with large and complex data sets to analyze financial, operational, and clinical data
• Desire to join and grow within a high-performing analytics team
