Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Management Analyst who will transform complex data into actionable performance narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to convert dashboard data into actionable insights
- Support business review metrics with tailored visuals and summaries that highlight performance outcomes
- Monitor membership utilization trends and develop systems for managing service level agreements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or consulting
- Expert-level proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced SQL
- Experience with reporting automation tools is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes client relationships
