Job Summary

Driving operational performance through data analysis and process standardization, the full-time remote Performance Management Analyst Lead will build reports, write SQL queries, and develop dashboards to provide actionable insights for revenue cycle improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and SQL queries to support performance tracking
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Drive process standardization and reporting consistency across teams

Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare operations, or data analytics
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and drive process improvements
• Experience with Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
