Job Summary
A company is looking for a Performance Management Principal responsible for advancing administrative expense discipline and driving efficiency and effectiveness priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the administrative expense management agenda, establishing standards and frameworks
- Aggregate Monthly Business Review materials and ensure alignment with leadership priorities
- Drive and deploy strategic initiatives across multiple teams while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in performance management, expense management, finance, or business operations
- Deep understanding of administrative expense structures and operating models
- Ability to translate financial data into executive-level insights
- Proven experience with executive-facing materials such as MBRs and scorecards
- Exceptional judgment and comfort operating independently in high-stakes environments
