Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Management Principal responsible for advancing administrative expense discipline and driving efficiency and effectiveness priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the administrative expense management agenda, establishing standards and frameworks
  • Aggregate Monthly Business Review materials and ensure alignment with leadership priorities
  • Drive and deploy strategic initiatives across multiple teams while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in performance management, expense management, finance, or business operations
  • Deep understanding of administrative expense structures and operating models
  • Ability to translate financial data into executive-level insights
  • Proven experience with executive-facing materials such as MBRs and scorecards
  • Exceptional judgment and comfort operating independently in high-stakes environments
